Hot mom alert! "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian stuns everyone in the Dec. 20 episode of the famous reality show when she was spotted donning her new fit body in a gold swimsuit during the reality family's vacation at St. Barths.

Celebrity Health Fitness reports that for the past year, Kourtney has posted her weight loss journey on Instagram. Currently, the mom of three is now at 45 pounds after giving birth to her youngest son, Reign, with estranged husband Scott Disick.

Talking to Examiner, Kourtney reveals that losing her pregnancy weight was very difficult after her third pregnancy, saying, "I think I forget every time."

The news outlet noted that Kourtney attributes her weight loss by rigidly following an organic diet and regularly working out.

“I’ve been working out with a trainer, and having somebody else to work out with really helps motivate me. Some days Khloe will join me. I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can," revealed the 36-year-old reality star.

Kourtney also revealed that working out is a way for him to relieve stress and anxiousness. Celebrity Health Fitness said that the reality star did yoga, 90-minute dance cardio workouts and her Method Express workout.

One of the things that Kourtney did to slim down from 150 pounds to 106 pounds was corset waist training or Corset Diet. The said weight loss trend can flatten the stomach post-pregnancy. Kim and Khloe, as well as actress Jessica Alba, have also been reportedly doing corset waist training,

Dr. Alexander Sinclair, a plastic surgeon, said that the Corset Diet is "a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller." Sinclair even reported that some of his patients have trimmed down six inches from their midsection.

Kourtney also said that during her pregnancy, she maintained and controlled her weight by still practicing an organic diet, walking and doing yoga workouts.

Meanwhile, while Kourtney is enjoying her new slim physique, Kim has expressed on social media how she has gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy to her second child with Kanye West. Kim recently gave birth to Saint on Dec. 5, 2015. She weighed 190 pounds at the time of delivery and said that her goal is to go down to 120 pounds, per Examiner.
