Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez appeared to have taken her defeat well following the Miss Universe coronation scandal. However, there are concerns the Latina beauty might be headed for a mental breakdown. Is she really okay?

Ariadna, 21, was mistakenly called as the winner of Miss Universe 2015 during the live event Sunday night in Las Vegas. But minutes after she walked with her crown, host Steve Harvey stunned viewers by announcing it was Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, who actually won, as previously reported on Latinos Health. Harvey has repeatedly apologized for his mistake, but the scandal following the emotional coronation has yet to die down.

Some Colombians believe that their beauty queen is in a fragile state, despite how she appeared on stage when she was literally stripped off the crown. "I do think that she's very affected by all this," said Colombia consul general Maria Isabel Nieto, per New York Post. "I just think that when I was in my 20s and was in her situation, I would take a little while to recover."

Miami Herald reported that Colombian lawyers are threatening to sue the Miss Universe organizers. "The crown is an acquired right that cannot be taken away from us," said lawyers from the De la Espriella firm. "At this moment we're writing the lawsuit."

After the coronation, Ariadna launched a series of posts on Instagram and one of these was a photo of her short moment wearing the crown. She captioned this with "POR SIEMPRE TU MISS UNIVERSO!! COLOMBIA!!!!!!!" which means, "Forever your Miss Universe! Colombia!" The post earned the ire of followers on on the photo sharing site as some took this to mean that the young Colombian isn't letting go of her "win." The post has earned more than 62,000 comments as of press time. Other posts made by Ariadna were also bashed by social media users.

One Miss Universe judge also openly slammed Miss Colombia by calling her a diva b***h, per Page Six. "As a judge, and I'm looking at everything that happened, I see her [Miss Colombia] posting on Instagram that she's the true winner," said judge Perez Hilton in a podcast. "There's a reason - many reasons - that she didn't win." On Wednesday, Ariadna posted another message on Instagram, taking note to thank and congratulate the real winner, Miss Philippines. "Life continues and in the future we will find out why things happen the way they happen. Thank you all for your LOVE SUPPORT and KINDNESS," Miss Colombia's message partly read.

Per Entertainment Weekly, the Latina beauty has been spending time with her family in Miami after Sunday's big mess.
