Jenny Craig spokeswoman Kirstie Alley is set on losing 10 more pounds after losing 50 pounds and maintaining with the help of the weight loss program.

Alley reportedly lost 50 pounds from April 2014 to January 2015 and has maintained it for a year. In an exclusive interview with Wonderwall, the 65-year old star stated that she wants to lose 10 additional pounds but without going to the gym.

"I might have interest in going down like 10 more pounds. And then that would definitely be the end," she said.

"I'm not gonna go in a gym," she added. "That's not gonna happen."

Instead of the treadmill and gym equipment, the "Cheers" star keeps active through dancing, yoga and bike riding.

"I was riding my bike around places because it was actually really fun and then [my friends] would ride their bikes with me, and it sort of became this social thing that I really liked," she said.

Alley added that she will be spending 2016 making herself more fit and healthy by achieving her weight loss goals not just through exercise but through active and fun activities.

"This year, I want to incorporate more exercise [into my life]," she explained. "Fitness is sort of a fun goal for me this year -- and finding new, different ways to work out. ... I love to dance and I think if a coupe nights a week I went out to some salsa club and just danced for four hours, that would be fun."

The actress added that she initially only planned to lose 30 pounds but kept going, and that's how she lost 50.

Daily Mail reported that Alley is known for her yo-yo dieting which means that, for every weight loss, she gains some back. She starred in Jenny Craig campaigns way back in 2004 but walked away out of the program in 2007 to which her weight dramatically increased.

However, the actress said in a recent interview with E! Online that she now finds it "fun" to keep the weight off. She's not as bothered by weekly weigh-ins with a consultant because a coach can help in keeping with the goals.

She added that she's also "curious" to see how her body can be transformed; how her abs, arms and body can look at age 65. Alley revealed that her motivation for fitness is how she's going to look great for herself and no one else.
