American rapper and entrepreneur Kanye West is on a roll lately with his shot at Taylor Swift via one of his song's lyrics, and Twitter stir-up involving Bill Cosby and Wiz Khalifa. And now, he is getting more publicity, which could be good for his latest album, with the help of his longtime songwriting collaborator.

Rhymefest who gave Kanye a hand on writing some of his songs admitted he was no longer working with the mercurial rapper. And on his social media posts, he also said that Kanye could need some professional help in the mental aspect, Yahoo reported.

The Chicago, Illinois-native rapper and songwriter Rhymefest, whose real name is Che Smith, was known for his contribution in West's critically-acclaimed songs like "Jesus Walks", which won a Grammy for Best Rap Song and "Glory," which took home the 2015 Best Original Song for both the Golden Globe Award and the Academy Award.

When one Twitter follower asked Rhymefest to get back on helping Kanye write his songs, he said that there is something wrong with the mind and spirit of Kim Kardashian's husband.

He said, in a Twitter conversation, that his "brother needs help, in the form of counseling. Spiritual & mental. He should step away from the public & yesmen & heal."

"I love my brother. I pray for his health, not our entertainment," he also added.

When some of the fans asked him to reach out to his friend instead and stop airing it out via social media, Rhymefest said that he already did.

Just last Saturday, Feb. 13, the rapper tweeted that he added a couple of tracks to the album, which was being mastered and should be out that day. West actually added six new songs to "The Life of Pablo" album, says the Verge.

He also debuted some of the earlier songs in the album during a performance at the Madison Square Garden, which was also shown online via live stream.

Kanye West just recently drew the ire of a lot of fans especially from the camp of Taylor Swift over his misogynistic remarks on his song. Apart from calling her the B-word, he also claimed that he was the one responsible for the rise to popularity of the young country and pop singer.

"On the track, West raps, "I feel like me and Taylor [Swift] might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous." Shortly after, the "Bad Blood" singer's squad took to social media to express their disappointment with the lyrics," wrote US Magazine.
