The theory of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is to load high energy as much possible in just a short time. This is to attain an effective method of burning fat, but many HIIT devotees perform it wrong.

Many physical activities such as burpees, squats, lunges and leg jumps are increasing in the fitness world. However, the most productive part of the exercise session, which is the High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is also the thing people gets wrong. High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is normally done in a limited span of time and must be followed properly to attain an effective workout result. Lots of sessions last 60 minutes and above and these were often observed in an intense fitness class. The main objective of High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is to work at the highest peak capacity in short explodes. This means that working out for more than 30 minutes is not pushing the body in a maximum requirement.
