1. Easy Lemon-Ginger Detox Breakfast Drink

Ingredients:
A glass of water
Juice from half a lemon
Half an inch sliced ginger root, grated

Procedure: Combine water and lemon in a glass. Add grated ginger. Enjoy.

2. Post Workout Berry and Grape Smoothie

Ingredients:
A cup of coconut water
A handful of blueberries
A handful of grapes

Procedure: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. For best result, freeze the coconut water overnight in ice cube trays for a sherbet like finish.

Coconut water has a hydrating effect. It is also rich in vitamins and nutrients, making it the best substitute for water in case you want something different, The Daily Meal writes.

3. Rejuvenating Black Grape Juice Drink

Ingredients:
250 grams fresh black grapes
Two tablespoons of honey
Juice of half a lime

Procedure: Combine all three ingredients in a blender. Serve chilled.

Black grapes are reported to be good for the skin because it aids in repairing wrinkles, iDiva explains.

4. High Protein Cantaloupe Pre-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients:
A quarter of a large cantaloupe, cut into chunks
Half a cup of cottage cheese

Procedure: Combine all three ingredients in a food processor  or blender then process until smooth. Add a pinch of cinnamon for that added kick.

Strawberries are rich in antioxidants that can help boost your immune system, plus the yoghurt can aid in digestion, Buzzfeed writes.
