Donning one of the apparels from her very own clothing line called The Warm Up, Jessica Simpson sizzled while flaunting her 70-pound, post-baby weight loss body.

The 35-year-old American singer, actress and reality TV star is now also into fashion with her clothing and accessories brand raking in a total sales amounting to a billion dollars, according to the blog Celebrity Health and Fitness.

And, what is even more admirable is that the singer-turned-entrepreneur did not let the success and her career get in the way of her personal life, especially her health and fitness. In a couple of photos shared via her Instagram account on Nov. 20, Simpson put on one of the sexier pieces from her Jessica Simpson collection as part of promoting her brand, which focuses in providing active wear and athleisure, International Business Times reported.

"Lunge your bunz into @macys and get The Warm Up by @jessicasimpsonstyle #macysexclusive," she wrote for one of the photo's caption. It shows her wearing a pair of tight shorts complemented by a long-sleeved top of the same color. Simpson looked really sexy with the photo showing off her toned legs.

It was not all smooth for her when it comes to her figure. Simpson gained weight during her past two pregnancies when she gave birth to daughter Maxwell back in 2012 and, once again, to son Ace Knute a year later. Simpson's 5 ft. 3 in. body frame added additional pounds each time.

But, it seems like the singer has a knack for knocking out some pounds post-pregnancy. She lost 70 pounds after giving birth to Maxwell and was able to duplicate the feat when it comes to her last pregnancy. Today, she was able to keep that slimmer figure.

As for her weight loss tips and tricks, Simpson shared that she has been keeping an active lifestyle by incorporating fitness exercises into her daily routine, wrote EOnline. She said that she and her husband take their kids out for long walks in the neighborhood or by chasing the kids around their yard. She also makes it a point to walk for 3 miles a day.

Simpson also does a lot of squats and uphill lunges as well as isolated resistance exercises with bands, kettlebells, and the BOSU to keep her legs toned and lean. "Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to me, and fitness has been a priority in my life since having my kids," she said.
