Singer Celine Dion spent her holiday together with her family. There have been a lot of talks with regard to her husband's health.

It has been reported that René Angélil is suffering from throat cancer for more than 15 years and his treatment is no longer helping him get any better. Could this be the last Christmas for the Canadian singer with her husband?

The couple was trying to enjoy the holiday season the best that they could, despite the challenges they are going through because of Angélil's disease.

According to a report relayed by Star Pulse, the whole family showed love and support to the cancer-stricken Angélil. The couple is certainly making the most of the time they have together. This might be the last holiday season they will share as Angélil's cancer is said to be terminal.

The prognosis is not looking good for them. This was also the main reason why Dion took the time off performing for a year. She wanted to make sure she is there for her husband.

Although they enjoy their time during the holidays, the family is definitely having a hard time coping up with the situation.

In a report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, it mentioned that Dion wanted to make sure her husband gets all the attention from her during this stage of his sickness.

After all her commitments to perform for the holidays, she is taking the lead in ensuring her husband gets the medical treatment needed to at least ease the pain that he is suffering. This is definitely the best time for Dion to be strong not only for her husband but for their children as well.

It is certainly a long battle for Angélil, who has been fighting the disease for almost two decades. The challenge for Dion is telling their kids that their father may not have much time to live.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Angélil is no longer responding as he is having a hard time speaking and hearing.

The entertainment boss went through many radiation treatments after being diagnosed with the disease in 1998. His body responded to the treatment pretty well until the throat cancer returned in 2014. By that time, the doctor informed them that there is nothing that they can do anymore.

Dion and Angélil got married in 1994 in Canada. The couple has three children, 14-year-old René-Charles and five-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy.
