Known for her love of Mexican food, actress Jennifer Aniston is now a famous supporter of “Taco Cleanse,” the new diet fad that requires people to eat, well, tacos.

The “Friends” alum, who is also the ambassador for Smartwater's new sparkling water product, showed her excitement over the new diet fad that she discovered while in an interview with Yahoo! Food.

“WHAT?!” the actress asked in excitement, when the talk took a turn towards 2016's diet trends, mentioning the tortilla-wrapped diet.

After checking for the diet's details, Aniston got obviously hyped.

“I’m riveted [by the Taco Cleanse],” she said. “I can see that being something.”

For those that do not know, the Taco Cleanse is a vegan diet plan where diet followers eat some form of taco with each meal, instead of other food choices. It was created by four Austin, Texas residents who said they lost weight after eating only tacos for meals three times a day for 30 days.

It has a humorous book available for sale, which is titled “The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-Based Diet Proven to Change Your Life.” The book can be bought from Amazon.

Taco Cleanse makers (self-proclaimed “Taco Scientists”) Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica are apparently proud of their new diet plan, which they claim to be better than other diets.

“Finally, there is a new diet plan that will have you actually enjoying life,” they wrote in the Taco Cleanse website. “One that you can actually stick to: The Taco Cleanse!”

The taco scientists promise that the diet will help followers lose weight while letting them enjoy foods they enjoy such as tortillas, refried beans, guacamole and more. They also add in some humorous taco filling ideas such as tater tots as well as mac and cheese.

To this “enjoyable diet” marked with a lot of mexican food, Aniston really shows some excitement.

“I already ordered the book on Amazon!” she said.

Some health experts, however, aren't as excited as Aniston over the growing diet fad.

“The Sugar Detox” author and dietician Brooke Alpert said that a diet filled with tacos alone is sure to help someone lose weight, but not in a healthy way.

"Any diet—whether it's watermelon, McDonald's, or tacos—can help you lose weight by restricting what you are eating both in options and calories,” Alpert told Allure. ”[B]ut as a registered dietitian, I can't recommend that it's a lifestyle option."
