  1. Do your grocery in the farmer's market. In a separate report from Women's Health, the "Divergent" star Shailene Woodley revealed that she loves food and outdoor activities. "My favorite things in the world are eating and being physically active, which go really well together," she said. "I love to hike or bike or swim or work out or do anything physical, and then I love to eat, whether it's cooking with friends, by myself, going to a restaurant, going to a friend's house for dinner. Food, food, food, can't get enough." However, when it comes to cooking, she makes it a point to only buy from healthy sources. The actress shops from farmer's market because it is less expensive and fresh. She also takes it as an opportunity to talk with the farmers who plant the seed and harvest it.
  2. Get a green juice. Miranda Lambert is a fan of a few vegetables. She eats broccoli and carrots. However, she doesn't eat that much greens, so to get the essential vitamins from veggies she takes green juices. By doing so, she feels that she gets straight-up vitamins and good food.
  3. Take a break. Kaley Cuoco's secret to maintaining her figure is by taking a break during meals. "I try to eat half. If you take a break for 10 minutes and drink some water, you're full. And if you're still hungry, fine, keep eating. But you're not going to be," she said. So, if you want to eat less, try this strategy.
  4. Eat organic. Organic food is fresher and healthier because they were exposed to fewer pesticides. Evangeline Lilly has been struggling with depression but when she switched to organic food, she felt better and healthier. "Within a year or two of eating as organic as I could, I realized that without even being conscious of it, the fog of depression had been lifting," she explained.
  5. Eat Ezekiel bread. Carrie Underwood impressed everyone with her post-pregnancy figure, her secret? She eats Ezekiel bread. "It's not like white sandwich bread. It has grains like barley. Once you get used to it, you can't go back," she said.
