Amber Rose had a sexy photo shoot on Sunday that she shared on her Instagram. Her curves and poses on the pool table were jaw dropping. Are you wondering how the "Orange Is The New Black" star attained such impressive curves and shape? Well, many women think the same.

According to Celebrity Health & Fitness, Rose drinks Fit Tea detox tea to maintain her bikini body. Advocates of Fit Tea claimed that it aids weight loss by suppressing one's appetite, burning body fat and boosting the immune system. Aside from the "Sister Code" star, Kourtney Kardashian, who recently lost 45 pounds, also takes the same beverage.

The Examiner reported that Rose was able to maintain her smoking-hot figure by a portion-controlled diet, waist training and yoga workouts. The 5-foot-8 actress weighed 202 pounds when she was pregnant but she was able to shed the extra pound she gained during her pregnancy in just seven months.

She practiced yoga and worked out with a trainer in 90 minutes a day. Yoga is a low-impact exercise that promotes natural weight loss and reduces stress, according to Mandy Ingber, Jennifer Aniston's yoga teacher and author of "Yogalosophy."

"Absolutely no surgery, just diet and exercise. Most celebs give you false hope when you have a baby, and in three months you're supposed to be skinny again," Wiz Khalifa's wife said stressing that her weight loss was natural.

Waist training is another popular trend among celebrities. Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian also do corset training to winnow down their midsection. "This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller," said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims that some of his patients have lost up to six inches off their midsection.

Per the report, Kim wore a waist trainer to bed every night to make her waist smaller prior to her wedding to Kanye West. Jessica, on the other hand, credited wearing double corsets every day for three months for her dramatic weight loss.

Brooke Burke Charvet, the creator of the Transform Your Body workout DVD, also credited waist training for her stunning post-baby weight loss after four pregnancies. "Wrapping your post-partum belly is a concept that has been around for centuries," she said.

"It works as a compression garment. It helps the swelling of the uterus go back down to its original size and it supports all that baggy baby skin. It is a great, great way to get back in shape," added Burke Charvet, who has her own belly wraps diet called Baboosh.
