Getting that workout to achieve that fit body you've always dreamed of requires preparation. Not only does it require determination and effort, it also needs nutrition to back it up.

What you eat before you take on that fitness routine can greatly influence your performance and recovery rates after exercise, Precision Nutrition said. So, before you head to the gym to do some weightlifting or before you hit the pavement to do some runs, here are some recipes that will help power you up through your exercise, courtesy of The Latin Kitchen.

Roasted Veg Scrambled Eggs

This simple mix of eggs, red and yellow peppers and onion is a flavorful way to energize yourself at the start of the day.
