Barry's Bootcamp

One of the celebrities who drop by one of the 18 branches of this widely-known fitness studio, which started almost a couple of decades ago in California, is Kim Kardashian. A reporter from the Business Insider decided to attend the bootcamp for one week in New York area and swore by that she was able to improve on her endurance and mile time.

In Barry's Bootcamp, the participants will undergo hour-long workouts with fitness activities, such as interval cardiovascular treadmill routines and strength training with free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and other equipment. This fitness DVD is a brainchild of Scottish TV host Lorraine Kelly, known for her morning shows, who collaborated with Zumba expert Maxine Jones, says Mirror.

"When I joined Maxine's class it changed my life. I've lost 2 stone and more importantly I have kept it off. I feel fitter, healthier and happier than ever before. Now you can join the class too," Kelly said.

The routine involves aerobic dance moves to the tune of contemporary music that are perfect for beginners. There are three sessions to make sure you are working out your whole body.

Donovan Green's Chair Workouts

The celebrity fitness trainer comes up with his own mobile app called the Chair Workouts, which is available for Android and iPhone devices. By utilizing a chair, Green was able to develop fitness routines suited for people of any fitness level. And, they can do the chair workouts at home and office depending on their preference. Some of Green's clients include politicians, physicians and other celebrities like Dr. Mehmet Oz, says BayStreet. 

Kym Marsh: Power Sculpt

The 39-year-old English actress and singer shares how she was able to keep herself fit after having four kids. The fitness DVD includes cardiovascular conditioning moves and strength training exercises, according to The Press and Journal.

You are going to need a couple of hours to complete the whole workout, which works on specific areas on your body and promises burning fat even after the workout.

Charlotte's 3 Minute Bum Blitz

Celebrity Big Brother alum Charlotte Crosby also released her own fitness workout routine in a DVD. "Although the exercises on this DVD will burn fat and tone the whole body, the emphasis is firmly on one area: your bottom, wrote Express.co.uk.  

"Made up of 12 three-minute sessions of HIIT, body weight exercises and aerobics, each one is designed to build muscle around the glutes and shape your bum." This fitness workout is also recommended for beginners.
