The showrunners and cast of "Daredevil" have shown previews at the TCA Press Tour where fans are teased of the upcoming characters of the second season of the TV series, according to Collider

The 33-year-old actor Charlie Cox is playing the character Matt Murdock, the vigilante "Daredevil" who has caught the attention of both the police and public. He inspired other vigilantes to also act on their own vengeance due to injustice in the streets of Hell's Kitchen in the city of New York.

The new season will reveal the arrival of "The Punisher" or Frank Castle. At the roundtable interview, both actors Charlie Cox and Jon Bernthal have talked about this revelation, which sets the complex character of "The Punisher" that was using rage as his superpower.

"It's very personal. It's not necessarily as simple as I'm doing what I'm doing for justice of the greater good. It's a personal justice... The idea of the greater good, and the idea of the effect that these people and their actions are having on society, is residual... For Frank Castle in this season, he's trying to figure all that out. It's very, very personal, it's very, very raw, and he's still very, very stung. It's reactionary. That's what makes these two characters' relationship quite interesting," Bernthal said.

ET, on the other hand, reports that "Elektra" is also going to arrive in "Daredevil" season 2. Moreover, it is revealed that he is going to team up with Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist in "The Defenders" at some point. Fans seem cannot get too far ahead of themselves, wondering what is going to come next after this.

However, when Cox is asked if he did receive a call to film "Avengers: Infinity War," he laughed, saying "I have not received that call! Could you imagine? That would be the coolest thing ever." But he said he still would love to get a call then, and yet admitted that he has "no idea" how it would to the silver screen with MCU when crossing over

It is because Marvel Studios and Marvel TV are two different things. He thinks that even though the "Daredevil" character is going to be seen in a film, it does not necessarily mean that he would appear in that film. However, he said it would be a dream for him to do it but it is something that has not been discussed with him at this point.

More thrilling and interesting scenes of "Daredevil" season 2 are going to be shown on TV soon, as it premiere on March 18. The series has already released its teasers weeks ago.
