Danish swimsuit model Nina Agdal often shares her diet and fitness photos on her social media account. However, in a one-on-one interview with Stylecaster, the Sports Illustrated cover girl revealed more about her routines.

Nina said that she begins her day by drinking a cup of black coffee along with breakfast. She eats mostly greens for lunch and, if she ate a heavy meal, she cuts down on dinner by only eating Greek yogurt with honey. This also happens to be her go-to snack. "I eat like four of those a day-I like Fage. I don't know how to say it! It's delicious."

The slim beauty, who will eat anything except worms, admitted that she has a guilty pleasure too despite having a healthy diet. Once in a while, she gets to enjoy "A burger and a beer, with cheese." Moreover, she revealed in the interview that she does keep track of what she eats and uses Google or the app My Fitness Pal to check the calories of her food.

The model is in the middle of preparing for her next cover shoot for the 2016 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition, so she's working on toning her body by adding more routines to her workouts. "I usually work out around six times a week, but if I have the Swimsuit issue, I'll work out seven times a week," she told People. Aside from doing yoga and training with Andy Speer, she also loves the variety and does SLT (strength, lengthen, tone) and Tone House.

Tone House is one of the fitness fads that emerged in 2015 and, more than aiming for slimming, it focuses in toning the muscles, as per W Magazine. The sessions are a combination of Pilates and boot camp. It's best done when a person is with a group than going solo.

Although Nina finds Tone House tough as torture, she's challenged by it. "Tone House is a lot of different movements and cardio. You can never come in here and not give it your all, because you will never get through it," Nina told the W Magazine. "It feels so good when you're done."

New York Daily News reported that Nina calls Tone House the "hardest workout in New York." However, the 23-year-old beauty is constantly joining classes. The Danish stunner believes that a woman must always have what she calls a "revenge body" whether she's single or in a relationship, and Tone House helps her achieve this.
