Here are the three secrets to Michael Douglas' wife's envied skin.

1. Drink plenty of water.

First off, the actress shares that she sees to it she is hydrated by drinking "plenty of water" in order to flush out toxins and hydrate her skin from the inside out. "The real hydration comes from within," notes Zeta-Jones, as per Celebrity Health Fitness. "You can never drink too much water. No diet sodas!" she stresses, as told by the same report.

2. Healthy and regular exercise.

Celebrity Health Fitness also revealed that along with hydration, the mid forties celebrity also makes healthy and regular exercise a part of her routine. Former dancer Zeta-Jones never skips meals, eats well and refrains from depriving herself of food. "I eat like a horse," she says as per Celebrity Health Fitness. "I do have a very healthy appetite, but I work out," she clarifies in the same report.

She also sees to it that she allots time to exercise every day if possible. "I have a ballet barre in my gym," she shares as per Celebrity Health Fitness. "I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour."

Zeta-Jones also hula-hoops, walks on the treadmill, does the elliptical [trainer]. "I try to keep the whole body working," she shares.

3. Anti-aging oil.

The beautiful actress' final secret might come as a surprise to many. For one, the trusty beauty product will not break the bank and second, many already have it stored in their medicine cabinet. Zeta-Jones reveals she owes her ageless beauty to the anti-aging argan oil, which she notes, "smooths out wrinkles and gives her radiant skin."

"I'm finding, just from traveling from New York and being in heated hotel rooms, my skin feels like a Walker's crisp at the moment," she says in an interview as per People Style Watch. "But I've been using some argan oil just to saturate my skin at night, so it has some nourishment as I sleep, to start the day a little bit more hydrated."

While the well received argan oil is known as an excellent organic moisturizer, it also has been shown strengthen and nourish the hair as well as get rid of stretch marks.

While she has disclosed a few easy routines and affordable products Zeta Jones, who has battled bipolar disorder and depression, still stands by being happy as the best anti-aging beauty secret. "I think happiness is the best tonic for keeping us youthful," she quips, as per Celebrity Health Fitness. "Being happy with who you are inside radiates on the outside."
