Learn how supermodel Gisele Bundchen maintains her bikini bod and super-slim figure with these tips that are straight from here.

For those who wanted to attain Gisele's figure, you have to work out a lot because the Victoria's Secret angel is a fan of sweating out. Celebrity Health & Fitness reported that the supermodel maintains her awesome figure by working out no matter where she is. In fact, she just posted a yoga workout selfie from her hotel room in Brazil.

She was in her exercise outfit and was doing her workout. One of her knees and hands are on the floor while she extends a rubber with her another hand and feet. It was an awesome pose and the supermodel captioned it with, "Getting it done! #afterwork #workout #hotelroom #iwillwhatiwant #depoisdotrabalho #malhação #quartodohotel"

Per the report, Gisele, 35, is the world's highest-paid model. Aside from practicing yoga, she maintains her sexy bikini body by eating a vegetarian diet. Her diet features mostly organic vegetables and fruits. She does not take alcohol, sugar, red meat and processed foods.

Allen Campbell disclosed that, in the recent years, her diet has become about 80 percent vegetarian, Examiner has learned. "A plant-based diet has the power to reverse and prevent disease," he added.

When Gisele had her first pregnancy in 2009, she immediately regained her svelte pre-baby body with a healthy diet, yoga, martial arts and strength training. Aside from working out, the supermodel was very conscious of whatever she ate. In fact, she only gained about 30 pounds with each baby. "I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals," she said. She's clearly not one of them.

Gisele's vegetarian diet and yoga workout are among the most efficient ways of maintaining a fit, healthy and sexy figure.

Dr. David Katz noted that vegan diet offers anti-aging health and weight loss benefits. "A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature - predominantly plants - is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention," he said.

"A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals," Dr. Neal Barnard added.

Meanwhile, "The Biggest Loser" trainer Bob Harper, creator of the Weight Loss Yoga workout DVD, explained that yoga promotes weight loss and good health by reducing stress, building muscles and suppressing appetite.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel is happy and contented with her life and family with husband Tom Brady.
