Megyn Kelly has been at the receiving end in Presidential candidate Donald Trump's scathing words, but the FOX News anchor and Republican Presidential debate moderator isn't afraid of his criticism.

The 45-year-old has had a solid career in media since 2003, and has been named by TIME as one of the 100 most influential people in 2014, calling her "an authoritative force in cable news." Kelly is also a mother of three kids with her husband, entrepreneur and writer Douglas Brunt.

So how does Kelly keep in shape despite her grueling schedule? Celebrity Health Fitness reports that Kelly credits the F-Factor Diet, created by Manhattan-based dietician Tanya Zuckerbrot, who is also the author of the book detailing the diet, which was released back in 2007. Because Kelly talked about it on her show, "The Kelly File" last week, the book immediately sold out and the publisher has had to reprint copies.

According to the N.Y. Daily News, Zuckerbrot's sessions usually cost $15,000 for 10 sessions, including an hour-long consultation, a 120-minute educational workshop to learn about nutrition, and eight follow-up appointments. More affordable plans are available for $4,500.

"I recognize this is expensive, but this is not a short-term diet solution. Our patients recognize they are paying for a long-term solution that will last the rest of their lives," Zuckerbrot explained to N.Y. Daily News.

She said combining fiber and protein with every meal makes losing weight easier. They also make sure to give their clients a lot of choices and not make them feel hungry.

"My clients don’t want to sit at home. People work hard and play hard," she stressed. "Megyn Kelly is not quitting her job to go to some ranch for a month to lose weight. She’s not sticking to frozen dinners when she needs to dine at the Four Seasons with colleagues to talk business. This is a sustainable plan people can take on the road with them."

The F-Diet is a high-fiber, high-protein diet that helps weight loss and boosts metabolism without the hunger pangs. According to Celebrity Health Fitness, Kelly snacks on high-fiber Finn Crisp or GG Bran Crispbread crackers to keep her satiated in between meals. She also dislikes exercise, but makes sure to work out to keep a svelte body.

Daily Mail reports that Kelly used to work out all the time, but having three children while juggling a career is no easy task. Kelly admitted that she treats herself sometimes, but makes sure to watch her calories "like a hawk."
