Gwyneth Paltrow keeps young at 43 with yoga and gluten-free diet.

In addition to her diet and fitness habits, the actress reveals that she also liked to laugh a lot, have sex and use coconut oil for her skin care.

"I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, and being yourself," Paltrow said as reported by Celebrity Health Fitness.

According to the website, Paltrow eats low-carb diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diet to help burn fat and promote weight loss. The actress' daily routine includes coffee in the morning, breakfast smoothie and then an hour of exercise. For lunch, she eats grilled chicken and salad and for dinner she eats chicken and broccoli stir-fry or roast chicken with potatoes.

For her exercise, she does yoga and rigorous cardio not only to keep fit but to keep her skin healthy and complexion glowing.

"Doing some cardiovascular exercise everyday is really good for my skin for detoxification and skin tone and color," she said. "I do the Tracy Anderson Method, so I dance for an hour."

Examiner reports that Paltrow is a big fan of coconut oil. Additionally, she exfoliates every day and get chemical peels to keep her skin looking smooth and youthful.

"I use coconut oil a lot on my face, on my skin and in my cooking," she said. "And I just started 'oil pulling,' which is when you swish coconut oil around [in your mouth] for 20 minutes. It's supposed to be great for oral health and making your teeth white. It's supposed to clear up your skin as well."

Oil pulling or "kavala" is an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique. It is believed that the detoxification ritual will "pull" toxins out of the body and put them in the oil which will be discarded later. In addition to better dental hygiene, this technique also makes the breath fresher, according to Authority Nutrition.

When asked about her thoughts on plastic surgery, she prefers the non-invasive kind such as lasers but she won't completely list plastic surgery procedures out of her life just yet.

I would be scared to go under the knife, but you know, talk to me when I'm 50. I'll try anything," she said via Harper's Bazaar. "Except I won't do Botox again, because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!"
