JCPenney announces store hours for its Black Friday Spotlight Deals; Top 11 bargain items detailed

JC Penney, the chain department store, has offered the best deals this Black Friday and begins on Thanksgiving Day (November 24,2016). It features 72 pages of "Spotlight Deals."

Massive shares the front page of the ad of the deals. These include Samsung 26 cu.ft. 3-door refrigerator priced at $994, 1/10-ct T.W. diamond stud earrings for $20, Home Expressions 100 percent cotton bath towels for $2.99 and electric dryer or Hot Point 3 cubic ft stainless steel basket washer for $293.

Other deals are Cooks Power Blender, Non-Stick Griddle or coffee maker for $19.99, $7.99 after mail-in rebate and Nike clothing and sneakers at 25 percent off.
