Sophie Turner dating Joe Jonas? “Game Of Thrones” Sansa Stark impresses singer with incredibly fit body

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas were spotted together happily conversing in Europe. The "Game of Thrown" actress was sighted many times with the vocalist's approachable company.

The two were seen comfortable at the Kings of Leon show for the pre-MTV Europe Music Awards at the Oude Luxor Theater in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on Saturday.

Concertgoer Anne Charlotte told People, "They were really close together," she says. "I didn't look very often because I was seated more in front of the room."

"The two or three times I was watching they were kissing. She was all smiley and he looked really sweet."

The pair was seen dating a couple of times. They happily spent the Halloween together as well.

The "Game of Thrones" actress required a tougher and dominant appeal. She really needs to managed exercise and diet. Jonas was stirred by her remarkably fit body.

Turner has a quicker metabolism because she is still young. Her fit appearance demonstrates that she goes after a healthy nourishment.

She presumes health as not being lean and slim, rather, a body should be strong. She eats nourishing protein-rich foods, and loaded with vitamins and minerals. At the same time, the young star stays away from junk and processed foods.

"I've really embraced healthy eating," she says to Self magazine. "It makes you feel a lot better and more energetic. I'm inspired to get up and out," she said.

Her gym instructor told her to eat fruits, fibrous veggies like spinach, cauliflower and broccoli, and starchy veggies like sweet potato.

The actress had to obtain body curves for X-Men movie, so she worked tough for the energetic appearance. She managed to work out at least one hour, six days within a week, she told Self magazine. Her trainings comprised hill sprints, kettle bells, resistance bands, and burpees.

She said to Self magazine that her training was all outside, everywhere London. It was further enjoyable than dwelling always in a gym. "I need to do fun stuff that takes my mind off the fact that I'm working out," she added.

Turner's trainer James Farmer assures that she will always enjoy with her physical exertion. Complex boxing combination was added in her typical tasks.
