Khloe Kardashian said that her unsteady weight was her greatest lifetime battle. However, she has figured out how to disregard what other people say regarding her body.

The 26-year-old reality star said during a video blog, "My weight is always going up and down. I'm always fighting that...I feel like no matter what I do, I never look good enough to everybody else."

Khloé Kardashian found comfort with her latest slimmed-down body shape. She hardly worked out sweating in the gym following her divorce from ex-husband Lamar Odom.

"Revenge Body" is the new reality show of Kardashain. The author of "Strong Looks Better Naked" discussed her long-lasting battle with her weight. The reality star said in a US Magazine clip, that she was a constantly weighty during her childhood days.

She underwent stress eating habit. Moreover, Kardashian needs to learn how to turn all her strength into something beneficial and healthy. That's the reason why she fondled with working out. "I feel like this journey will do the same for you," she added.

The show "Revenge Body" includes 16 women and men who desire to cut down weight and accomplish their aims. The members went into perspiring and crying during Kardashian-approved trainings and makeovers.

The work out was with the aid of Hollywood's coaches. The initial two or three weeks of doing a physical exercise is really difficult. Gain weight during these periods is now forming muscle, it's not a weight quantity.
