Its a grand party! It has been a carnival of sorts all this year for Ubisoft and gamers are not complaining. To mark its 30th anniversary Ubisoft has gone all guns blazing and offered a different game each month of this year for free. No strings attached. Isn't free every buyer's favourite price? Its a big surprise considering all these  premium games are worth many dollars and pounds.

Looking at this year's catalogue of free gifts by Ubisoft, its clear that the company saved its best for the last. Assassin's creed3 has been reserved for December and its a Christmas bonanza no doubt. All one has to do is simply register for the uplay account and download the game. Its that simple!

From Italian renaissance to the Russian and now American revolution, this game has changed a lot. With the 3rd instalment player first-hand experiences the battle between the native American assassin (named Connor) and the evil powers that want to rule the world. During this journey gamer will meet many legendary heroes of American history who are a part of this revolution. The best part is the storylines which makes one feel the angst and pain. By the end player feels not only being a part of the game but a part of the folklore as well. Welcome Assassin!

Undoubdtedly AC3 is Ubisoft's most successful franchise and to offer it for free (not even peanuts) is a bold (and welcome) move. Hope other publishers follow suit. If rumour is to be believed then Ubisoft may end up the year by re-introducing the top-picks from this year's bouquet of free offerings.

Beware the last day of December (and free offer) is not too far, Let there be more reasons than one to celebrate this Christmas.
