Everyone falls in love some time or the other and Sherlock is no different. Ever since BBC unleashed 'Sherlock - Season 4' latest trailer, social media is in a state of frenzy. Already trending across the various media platforms, the latest trailer is the sneak-peak of what is waiting for the Sherlock lovers in 2017. It promises to reveal dark secrets & vulnerabilities of the detective and probably a romantic alliance. Yes - Cupid finally seem to have struck the daring detective.

The trailer ends with Sherlock saying the three magical words - "I Love You". Whats adds to the intrigue is that the 'love interest' is not revealed. This particular moment has created a stir among Sherlock lovers. This might be the season that uncovers the detective's emotional and romantic side, who otherwise is known for his ascetic life-style. The 47-seconds trailer also throws in some disturbing scenes of the detective and his friends locked in an underground cell. However all is well that ends well and an 'I love You' is never a bad ending. Some skeptics feel it is just another marketing mantra but who cares? Sherlock's die-hard fans are always eager to unravel the various sides of their beloved detective.

There should not be any doubt that Sherlock-Season 4 is going to be the darkest compared to the previous ones. The trailer also promises more noir-ish treatment with Toby Jones playing the most evil villain 'Culverton Smith' in the Sherlock's history. No doubt this season looks the most captivating, intimidating and sinister!

Benedict Cumberbatch starrer Sherlock Season 4 is Premiering on January 1st, 2017 on PBS and the latest trailer (probably there are some more waiting for us in near future) is the perfect push that is required for any TV series before its premier.  True to its catch phrase - 'Its not a game anymore'!
