The Big Bang Theory Season 10 Episode 11 entitled "The Birthday Synchronicity" shows that the neuroscientist Amy Farrah Flower is going to seduce her boyfriend Sheldon Cooper for an intimate birthday date night.

As written in Yahoo News, Amy teases Sheldon, she puts on Harry Potter wizard's robe and carrying a wand saying, "I thought I would let Harry Potter, make things hotter." After that Sheldon yells, "Wowza."

The video says, "Get ready for one magical night, in a Big Bang Special delivery." After that, there is a scene of Howard checking Bernadette's contractions. Amy and Sheldon were kissing and penny interrupted by Penny who yells, "Bernadette's water broke."

Amy shouts angrily, "You've got to be kidding me!" And then Raj looks confusingly to their door. For those who've not watched Big Bang Theory Season 9 finale, Sheldon and Amy finally get intimate and they decided to make love once a year on Amy's birthday.

The current season has very much focused on the relationship between Sheldon and Amy. Big Bang Theory showrunner Steven Molaro revealed that they wanted Bernadette to give birth finally as she had been pregnant for 11 months based on the series. And they figured that she ought to have a baby in short period of time like an incoming episode.

He added that they view the baby as another opportunity to grow their universe and characters and find more stories.
