Quitting on doing things that become a hobby makes a person life uneasy such as smoking. This kind of pastime won't stop the teens performing it but they can be treated to lead and advocate in a healthy lifetime. 

Reports have claimed that almost 90 percent of adults started smoking before the age of 18 and 11 percent of the tobacco users are high school students. Stopping the act of smoking will meet side effects, such as depression, boredom, Nausea, heartburn, moodiness, sore throat, tingling in hands and feet and lowered a heart rate.

Parents should set a good example because they have the most authority to make a disciplinary action to their children. If the kids noticed their parents smoking it is possible that their action might be an approval to young ones as what they behave, according to Mayo Clinic.

It is the right time that parents should communicate their children on one on one and make them understand intensively about quitting the behavior of smoking. They must talk with a fine tone and approach their kids in a thoughtful way so that teens will follow and realize the importance of their message.

The effect of smoke is very genuine, such as cancer, stroke and heart attack that is very common to tobacco users. According to Kxly, teens must encourage to say what they feel and their concerns about and put in mind the consequence of smoking.
