When pop star Gwen Stefani and her then husband Gavin Rossdale bought a lavish mansion at Beverly Hills, little did they know that in mere ten years it will be up for grabs. Yes the separated singer and musician have decided to sell their mansion "The Summit" for a whopping Thirtyfive Million Dollars!

People reports the property to be enlisted with Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency. Gwen and Gavin had bought this artistic beauty spread over 12000 sq feet in 2006. There the pair lived together for 9 years until they broke up in 2015.

Gwen has been dating Blake Shelton since November 2015 and reportedly she doesn't want to latch on to this property reminiscent of her failed marriage.

Before Gwen Stefani, "The Summit" has been home to another pop star cum actress Jennifer Lopez who stayed there in the years between 2000 and 2004. The mammoth site boasts of seven bedrooms and eleven baths. It also has an infinity pool, playground, chicken coop and huge outdoor living space along with a tennis court which can be lit up during the night.

The master suit is artistically built with two full bathrooms and two dressing areas separate from each other. The black and white décor leaves an imprint of Stefani's signature style while the kitchen and dining areas have graphic stripes all over them.

A huge sputnik style light fixture, banquette seating made of leather and a pair of mid century Warren Platner chairs enhance the glory of the casual dining areas. State-of-the-art light fixtures along with patterned floor coverings give way to a matching stone slab sheathed fireplace with a push of vibrant color, thanks to a hot pink colored sofa and sorbet colored suite of dining chairs in the living and formal dining rooms.

According to Mirror there is also a playground built in this lavish home where Gwen and Gavin's children Kingston(10), Zuma(7) and Apollo(2)used to play. It also includes a separate guesthouse.

Gwen and Gavin reportedly did not sign a prenuptual agreement which will lead to the division of the money received from the sale between them only. It is believed that while Gwen will keep hold of their other properties in Los Angeles, Gavin will keep his hands on the four homes they have in Europe.

It is rumored that the celebrity couple broke up due to Gavin's unfaithful relationship involving their childrens' nanny. Gavin has been very sporting about the breakup and has said, "You just have to... I don't know. Somehow you have to put one foot after the other and make it happen."

Though no prospective customer's name has come up but as per the speculations "The Summit" will once again house some big name from the world of glitz and glamour, thus keeping its tradition intact.
