Microsoft is all set to include a new gaming mode to its Windows 10 that would help improve the system's performance during gaming. Even though the news was recently confirmed by the tech biggie, there has been no reports as to how it would work and its nature.

Traces of the latest gaming mode were found back in December, but the latest build of the Windows 10 include Game Mode in Xbox app. Even though users get to see the screenshot for using the feature, but Microsoft only revealed. According to The Verge, Mike Ybarra, the head of Xbox platform engineering said, "Our vision is for Game Mode to optimize your Windows 10 PC for increased performance in gaming. This is a big update for Windows; we're looking forward to Insiders getting their hands on this new feature for further testing, and we'll have much more to share on what it is and how it works soon, so stayed tuned."

Ybarra also mentioned in his Twitter account Microsoft Game Mode is compatible with Window 32 as well as Universal Windows Platform games that makes it a remarkable thing. Microsoft has also listed the features as the mode that makes PC make gaming a priority to enhance the gaming experience.

As per Game Spot, as of now, it is still unclear as how this Game Mode would improve the performance of computer gaming. But there's one thing for sure Windows 10 is likely to suppress the system process as well as all apps from using RAM, CPU and GPU resources from the main game that is being played.

Interestingly, when a leaked image of the mode came up in December, there were rumors that it would only be limited to UWP games at Windows Store and it was assumed this might drastically reduce the game appeal. According to the latest update, gamers can expect the visual elements of the Game Mode anytime within the week.
