Medieval sword wielder gamers have been awaiting the second DLC of the renowned action role-playing game, “Dark Souls 3”. After its first DLC pack entitled “Ashes of Ariandel” was released a few months ago, gamers just can’t calm their hopes up on the game’s upcoming DLC features.

Hopes have been hyped since a YouTube vlogger, identified as Sanadsk who dedicates his channel to “Dark Souls 3” leaked his speculated information about the game. Game Rant reported that despite From Software’s little information about the next pack, Sanadsk was able to dig up information on From Software’s files. He reportedly discovered the term “Miyako no Mouja.” The term implied seemed to be the direct reference for the next game’s location which when translated to Japanese is “Dead Capital” or “City of the Dead.” You could watch his video below.

Moreover, WCCF Tech mentioned that the setting touted as “City of the Dead” hints at the land of the hollows, Londor. Londor was also noted to not yet been fully revealed in the game and is just known as Yoel and Yuria’s hometown. Sanadsk also identified this as the reason why weapons obtained through hack have that Londor looks on them. Thus, he concluded that these weapons would be featured in the next "Dark Souls 3" DLC pack. Also, fans expect more difficulty and more armors in the next DLC pack.

Sadly, Polygon reported that this second DLC would be the last as stated by From Software’s president, Hidetaka Miyazaki in the previous Tokyo Game Show. He said with no hesitation that as a president there is no denying the possibility of the "Dark Souls 3" franchise's comeback in the future. He later adds on that "There could be someone else in my company who wants to work on new installments. But we believe that the series will end after the two DLC."

Rest assured, the much awaited next "Dark Souls 3" DLC pack is expected to be released this early 2017 but no specific date was still announced. The second "Dark Souls 3"  DLC pack is also expected to be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One same as its first.
