Earlier this month, "Pitch Perfect 3" had started to roll its camera. Rumors had spread when the lead star Anna Kendrick (as Beca) posted a photo in Instagram with her co-stars whom she referred as "team".
Rebel Wilson, who plays as Fat Amy, had also posted the same photo with the caption of "#PP3 #Bellas Day One Pitches x". "Pitch Perfect 3" actress Brittany Snow, who plays Chloe had captioned on an Instagram post "#PP3 is just around the (dirty) corner."

In line with this, Entertainment had reported that the original a cappella girl group (Barden Bellas) would also join Anna, Brittany and Rebel in the"Pitch Perfect 3" movie. This includes Anna Camp (as Aubrey), Ester Dean (as Cynthia Rose), Chrissie Fit (as Flo), Hana Mae Lee (as Lily), Kelley Jakle (as Jessica) and Shelley Regner (as Ashley). In addition, Hailee Steinfield (as Emily Junk) who had appeared in "Pitch Perfect 2" will also unite with the Bellas as she was expected to lead the group after the seniors graduated. She updated her Instagram account with a photo saying "RELAX, pitches. I'm here. #PitchPerfect"

Meanwhile, new faces are expected on the upcoming "Pitch Perfect 3" movie. This includes Prince Protégé Andy Allo (as Charity) who is a member of Dew (the rival group of Bellas) and Ruby Rose whose role is still left unknown. On the other hand, Treblemakers seem to be out of the picture as Seventeen reports Skylar Astin (as Jesse Swanson) tweeted that the Trebles and him won't be in the third movie last Dec. 2016. "They seem to be taking the story in a different direction" added by him.
