Wearing a bra is complicated for every woman. Having something that holds your breast back isn’t something enjoyable. While some are enjoying the comfort of their right bra size, some are just not noticing they are wearing the wrong size for their jugs.

A wrong fitted bra size could lead to many effects. Side boob pains, shoulder strap marks, and back pain from the clip. Not to mention the famous wire which pokes our breast tissues are just some of the effects.

Glamour which stated that British lingerie provider, (even for Queen Elizabeth II) Rigby & Peller agreed that some are just wearing their bra wrong. The lingerie company also identified that the back strap part of the bra carries 90 percent of the support.

Simply put it, in a bag pack the shoulder straps serve as the support (same as bra shoulder straps) while the main bag part (bra’s back strap) carries all the means to identify whether you are carrying a heavy or light load. Same goes to a bra, the back strap identifies whether your bra is tight or just right. Thus, while shopping for a bra, one must note that your index and forefinger should fit in the back strap to know that the bra is just right as identified by the company. More so, you should place the clip on the first hook when doing the method.

According to Daily Mail, another sign is that whenever you fit your bra you should be aware of the straps dedicated for your shoulder. These straps digging into your skin should also not be tolerated. Even so, if the shoulder straps are falling then it is still not the right one for you.

Some signs are normal which the wire that pokes your breast tissue. Well, loose what you’re holding and find another. Another sign is noted if you have your side or front boobs pop out the bra. “Boob budge” as identified should also not occur while fitting. It was also identified that one bra size could differ if you fit in another shop as well. So don’t worry if you’re cup B in the shop while D for the other.

Nonetheless, women grow as so are their breasts, so be sure to have your bra size fit again to be aware of the right size when you shop next time.
