A team of US researchers done a study on 105 on young female students, who have an average GPA of 3.68. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of iron levels and exercising on the student's grades, reports Daily Mail.

The lead researcher, Karsten Koehler, assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, has expressed that the impact of exercising is much greater than the iron nutrient content in the body. However, the combination of both could reap even higher benefits than possessed individually.

He further added that improving fitness can significantly improve the success of the student in studies. And simultaneously maintaining a proper diet will lessen the nutrient deficiencies which increases the immunity of the body. Eating Kale, the iron rich-substance, increase the oxygen circulation in the bloodstream and reduce obesity.
