Beers are always perceived by the mass to drink moderately. The same goes as for smoking since people are much more aware of the risk that both the two habits bring. But, fortunately for drinking beer, some benefits are found from studies.

Lowers Risk of Getting Kidney Stones: A study published by Finnish researchers resulted in findings that drinking one bottle of beer a day lowers at least 40 percent of acquiring kidney stones per Telegraph.

Less Fractured Bones: Tufts University in Massachusetts researchers identified that one to two glasses of beer a day as well strengthens calcium, to strengthen one's bones. This was also the reason for the lowered risk of kidney stones since calcium is one of its main constituents. The main catch is, if a person intakes more than two glasses, results would be the opposite.

Avoids Risk of Diabetes: Harvard School of Public Health also stated that beer is a source of soluble fiber which plays an important role in controlling blood sugar. Hence, it is also mentioned that a person's type 2 diabetes chance is decreased by up to 25pc.

Clearer Vision Ahead: It was also mentioned as well by Men's Health that Canadian researchers had found out that a glass of beer could also increase antioxidant activity in the eyes. Hence would halt the development of cataracts. Well, same as beer’s calcium benefit, too much glasses of beer would hurt.

Other benefits pointed were pointed that beers could less likely develop high blood pressure.  Another healthy quirk provided by drinking beer is that it unleashes the person's creativity according to a study on Consciousness and Cognition. It was said that men who drink beer solve puzzles and accomplishes it faster that those men who just watch movies.

Yet, amid this benefits, SMH stated that some health experts doesn’t prefer to publicize the benefits of drinking beer. The reason found out is that they refer to “binge-drinking” not tolerable by people but instead given attention to. Thus leading to more “problem drinkers” in the world. On the other hand, they mentioned that only fewer people do “sensible” drinking.

So people are advised to drink moderately and control themselves to achieve these healthy benefits.
