People are skipping breakfast because of many reasons. It includes keeping their body tone or back to favorite dress or maintaining slim. After became well aware about the importance of a healthy diet in the morning people included snack items with their morning meals. But, the experts suggest a list of items those can consume in the morning for good health and beauty.

People need to have a meal that should be rich in protein; it may either the snack or not. The research says that protein can release satiety hormones; these inform the brain that the stomach is filled with enough food. You can include the items like chicken, egg, beans, milk, broccoli, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken breast, oats, and almonds in your breakfast. Lamb is the rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids it can also include with breakfast. Oily fish, nuts, and seeds can also increase the satiety along with health and freshness, Live Strong reports.

The researchers also advised the people to add more vegetables in the morning meal, especially colorful items. When someone feels severe hungry, the vegetable can support you with energy and satiety together. The study also says that people need to avoid refined carbs along with high sugary and salty processed foods and add fibrous vegetables. These can provide enough energy and able to control the blood sugar levels.

Brussels sprouts, eggplant, mushroom, peppers, sauerkraut, zucchini, lettuce, artichoke, hearts fennel and chicory are the best items, which people can consume as the morning meal. Unlike other high sugary fatty items, fibrous food does not use insulin to digest.

People should aware of hydration and ready to drink plenty of water whenever feel thirsty. The researchers point out when people feel thirsty they prefer to have high sugary drinks like Coca-Cola. They advise the public to keep away from such drinks and drink plenty of water, Nutritional therapist Natalie Lamb says, Daily Mail reports.
