“Seven Deadly Sins” known with the Japanese title “Nanatsu no Taizai” is one of the most popular and highest rated anime for anime enthusiasts. With Netflix releasing its franchise, fans were then ecstatic to watch it all over again. Yet, Netflix’s move seemed to upset some of the fans for its wrong labeling of the series’ Season 2.

According to Blasting News, the original “Seven Deadly Sins” had a listed total of 24 episodes yet Netflix had only shown four. The Season 2 of the anime series was stated by Netflix to be the "Signs of Holy War." In which it is only a four part OVA of the Japanese series.

With that said, Netflix had been reported to release the first “Seven Deadly Sins” last Nov. 1, 2015, which was reported to have positive reviews from viewers. Yet, the second season still remains whether Netflix had done it for marketing or just an honest mistake. Nonetheless, some people who just watched the series on Netflix could consider “Signs of Holy War” OVA as a teaser for the upcoming Season 2.

Speaking of Seasons, “Seven Deadly Sins” Season 3’s anime is said to feature the Demon Saga in the manga per Inquisitr. It was then speculated that by fans that the arc is called Demon Saga. The manga’s Demon Saga arc is then mentioned to introduce seventh Sin, Lord Escanor which is the Lion’s Sin of Pride. Elizabeth’s Goddess powers manifested with a transformation is also said to be included in the plot as well.

The “Seven Deadly Sins” Season 3 anime is believed then to answer the True Nature of the Ten Commandments. Meliodas’ reason for betraying the Demon Clan is also speculated to be answered in the ending of Season 3. Nonetheless, an upcoming Season 4 would indeed hype up anime enthusiasts everywhere.

“Seven Deadly Sins” having sold over 10 million volumes, had its manga adapted by A1 Pictures into anime last Oct. 2014. With its manga, anime and Netflix’s upcoming Season and Episodes being awaited by many fans, no further confirmations have been released on each release.
