Madonna, perhaps, is one of the most legendary icons that is famous until now. Because of this, female stars from several generations can't help but praise her. However, some icons are not confident to admit that they are inspired by the "Like A Virgin" singer, anyone but not Ariana Grande.

"I have the utmost respect for that woman. I love her with every ounce of my being, and not just because I'm obsessed with her entire discography. I'm so inspired by her bravery and her strength. I can look at her and not be scared to be strong," Ariana Grande shared on Cosmopolitan.

The "Into You" singer also mentioned about how most women are labeled as "diva" or "bitch" just because they are being strong or have a certain belief. In fact, Ariana Grande believes that women can be both friendly and strong all at the same time. This makes her, aside from Madonna, to be the most outspoken women in the music industry.

Once, the 23-year-old singer shuts down a male interviewer from 105. According to Dose, the man asked her to choose between her phone or makeup and Ariana Grande puts the sexist right where he belongs by answering: "Is this what you think girls have trouble choosing between? Is this men assuming that that's what girls would have to choose between? You need a little brushing up on equality over here."

Apart from that, according to Inquisitr, Ariana Grande is also known for ignoring body shamers, instead constantly telling everyone that all bodies are beautiful. Because of this, many people are certain that the "Let Me Love You" singer shares the same opinion as Madonna and is not ashamed of praising the singer in public.

After all, it's no secret how the 58-year-old icon has really inspired many female stars. Although she;s not the only legendary female superstar in the world, there's nothing wrong with giving any credit to Madonna.
