Recovery from a heart attack is difficult, but it happens when Bob Harper, host of the show "The Biggest Loser", returns to health. The popular personal trainer is fine now.

CNN reported that Bob Harper suffered a heart attack in February and it was a shocking news for millions of fans. The fifty-one-year-old personal trainer gained his popularity after hosting the NBC show "The Biggest Loser". Recently he shared some Instagram posts to show his recovery from heart attack.

An Instagram video shows that Bob Harper is walking on a treadmill, an indication of his regaining health. Bob Harper shares some words in the caption of the video. He clearly mentions that he is now preparing to have a stress test.

Bob Harper revealed that his family also suffered heart problems. Currently, after his heart attack, he is spending time at home with loved ones. He has introduced some changes in his lifestyle and now cherishing a Mediterranean diet. The famous personal trainer now wears a heart monitor on a regular basis.

The New England Journal of Medicine reported that cardiovascular disease can be primarily prevented with a Mediterranean diet. The diet of bob Harper includes vegetables, fruits and preparations of beans, nuts, and peas. Olive oil is an essential part of this food category. Any food that is rich in fat should be avoided or taken minimally.

Bob Harper has recently posted an image that shows he is visiting friends after recovering from his heart attack. Just a few weeks ago in late February, the popular TV host shared his photo with a hospital gown. But, now he reads the book "Heart 411" in the afternoon and enjoys the Broadway play "Miss Saigon".

He shares his feeling after receiving a good number of messages and support from his fans and dear ones. He has pointed out that two weeks ago he suffered a heart attack and now he is feeling better. For the last eight days, Bob Harper is staying at home. No doubt his recovery encourages many people who suffer from a panic of cardiovascular disease.

Bob Harper is famous for his fitness training. So far the personal trainer has attended 17 seasons of the famous NBC show "The Biggest Loser". His three bestselling books on fitness have gathered huge popularity.
