Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and more of the country's top retailers are announcing Black Friday Discount Deals left and right to entice consumers, CBS reported.

Walmart has numerous offerings as it opens its deal in stores on Nov. 27, noted CBS. Starting at 6:00 pm, the Xbox One "Halo" bundle is available at $329, the iPad Mini 16GB with WiFi for only $19, HDTVs available for $218 and $648 for the 50-inch and the 65-inch models respectively, and more.

Once the clock strikes 8:00 pm, deals will open for the 60-inch Samsung SMART HDTV at $798, Beats by Dre headphones for $99.95 and more, CBS added. Walmart is also offering a 30 percent deal on selected merchandise on Nov. 28 from 6:00 am to noon.

Best Buy is opening its stores at 5:00 pm to 1:00 am on Nov. 27, and again at 8:00 am on Nov. 28, said CBS. Beats by Dre headphones will be available at $79.99, the Apple MacBook Pro for $899.99, the Xbox One console with a free controller for $429.99, Smart TVs for $997.99 and more.

Target opens Nov. 27 at 6:00 pm with 40 percent off on all apparel, 50 percent off on games for Xbox One, PS4, 40 percent off on Philips String Lights, 10 percent off on Target gift cards and 50 percent off with buy one, get one deals for select toys, reported CBS.

Target also offers LED HDTVs from Element, Vizio, Samsung, and Westinghouse from $79 to $395, the same report said. The 16GB iPad Mini is available at $249 with a $80 gift card, while the iPhone 6 16GB is available at $179.99 with a $30 gift card.

Best Buy and Target are also opening their online stores to the masses, with some deals available only online or until supplies last, noted CBS.

CBS added that Costco is offering $300 off the pricetag of the Nikon D3300 2-Lens DSLR kit, $50 off the Vizio 60-inch HDTV, and $400 off the Sony A5000 mirrorless 2-lens camera kit. Staples is offering the Asus Intel laptop for only $100.

Kohls is offering 50 percent off on all toys, CBS noted, while Toys R Us is offering a buy one, get one deal for $2 for all R Superbuy games, buy one get one 40 percent off on all video games, and bundles for the PlayStation 4, Wii, Nintendo 3DS and Xbox One.

A survey from the price-tracking firm ShopAdvisor, however, showed that the best deals are actually available before or after Black Friday, according to AL.

ShopAdvisor said that nearly half of the products on sale during Black Friday 2013 were less expensive the weeks following Thanksgiving. They also pinpointed Dec. 18, nearly three weeks after Black Friday, as the best day to do one's Christmas shopping.

On Dec. 18, 2013, the average discount on items was 17.5 percent less the usual price, compared to Black Friday 2013's less than 5 percent off on similar items.

Thanks to the stores opening online sales, Black Friday has become the fastest growing online sales, with retailers set to earn an estimated $2.48 billion, according to the 2014 Holiday Shopping Expedition by Adobe Digital Index.

Jeff Lee, a spokesman for Tech Bargains, told MarketWatch that there was a certain appeal over online shopping, especially on Black Friday, as people do not have to deal with crowds or waiting in lines.

"The biggest stores carry door buster deals on Black Friday, trying to get users to their site," Lee said in the MarketWatch report. "It makes more sense for online retailers to unleash deals on Black Friday most people who won't have the day off are already at work on their computers."
