When the world is overwhelmed with the new innovations for comfort and luxury the best thing that can happen with technology is it's pairing up with health. Health trackers are amazing innovations that help people to keep their body and mind in good shape.

We've listed six of the top health tracker gadgets that would help monitor your heart, weight and sleep for you.

1. AliveCor Heart Monitor

AliveCor heart monitor helps in monitoring a person's heart by tracking the abnormal rhythm of the heart. This device synchronizes with a smartphone and provides an electrocardiogram (ECG) reading of the heart. Dr. Brian C. Kolski, board-certified cardiologist at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California, expains: "This can be useful in patients who have arrhythmia, palpitations or just those folks that want to learn more about their physiology and heart's electrical system," according to Live Strong.

2. Fitbit Aria Wifi Smart Scale

Fitbit Aria Wifi Smart Scale is a fitness tracker device that detects the percentage of body fat of a person as soon as one steps on it. Every time a person steps on the scale the device recognizes the user automatically and provides the stats of the person saved over time. This scale doesn't share data with Samsung Gear fit smart watch, but syncs with all Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and a possibly compatibility with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit are already under development, said Fox News.

3. MioFuse

MioFuse is a band worn by the user on the wrist to track the heart rate; interestingly, no chest strap is needed to be worn for monitoring the rate of heart beat. This device also keeps track of calories, daily steps, distance and pace. MioFuse could be synchronised with Android smartphones, iPhone, a GPS watch or other fitness apps.

4. Withings Activité

Withings Activité is a smart watch that helps in tracking the number of steps taken, mileage and hours of sleep in an analogue format, which when synchronized with the Health mate app, would provide more detailed information. The watch is water resistant and automatic, says Life.

5. Withings Pulse 02 Activity Tracker

Withings Pulse 02 Activity Tracker measures steps-taken, distance covered and calories burned, it also measures heart, sleep and blood oxygen levels. The tracker could be worn on the wrist or kept in the pocket but the only disadvantage about the device is it's not as posh as other smartwatches.

6. Omron 10 Series Blood Pressure Monitor

This is a digital home-use blood pressure measuring device with a large screen that displays legible readings easy to understand as well.
