Beyoncé credits her vegan diet for getting her body back in shape after having her precious daughter Blue Ivy. Queen Bey collaborated with her trainer, Marco Borges, and launched 22 Days Nutrition Service, a vegan home meal delivery service earlier this year.

Queen B's sexy diet is a simple, plant-based eating vegan diet. Veganism is a diet that includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds, beans, and foregoing any kind of meat or dairy, according to The Vegan Society.

Beyoncé turned vegan with her husband Jay Z after embarking on the challenge to only eat plant-based foods last December 2013. After being impressed with her weight loss, she turned to her friend and trainer Borges and created a meal delivery service.

The 22 Days Nutrition Service is a meal delivery program offering vegan meals with pricing plans available for one to three meals a day, five meals for five days to 66 meals for 22 days, according to CNBC.

Yahoo Health reports that Beyoncé was aiming for a lifestyle change and not an easy fix for quick weight loss. "Optimum health is always the focus," Borges said. "It is all about creating healthy habits and bringing more plant-based foods into the diet."

Borges also released a book, called "The 22-Day Revolution," to which he described to be the same program that Beyoncé used "except you get it bound in a book form with over 65 easy-to-follow recipes, 38 different types of plant-based protein sources, and a day-to-day guide that makes it practical and effective," according to the Yahoo report.

The principal of Bey's diet, her delivery service and Borges' new book was based on the belief that it takes 21 days to create or destroy a habit.

According to the book's Amazon website introduction by Dr. Dean Ornish, "The 22-Day Revolution is a plant-based diet designed to create lifelong habits that will empower you to live a healthier lifestyle, to lose weight, or to reverse serious health concerns. The benefits of a vegan diet cannot be overstated, as it has been proven to help prevent cancer, lower cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart disease, decrease blood pressure, and even reverse diabetes."

In the foreword of the book, reports the VIBE, Beyonce herself wrote, "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."
