Jennifer Lopez looked stunning in the Charbel Zoe gown that she wore to the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. The gown really showed off all the hard work JLo has put into her body.

The celebrity mother recently shed 10 pounds off her weight through a vegan diet, so it's not surprising that she looks wonderful at 45, reports Celebrity Health Fitness.

When People asked about her weight loss secrets, the multi-talented star said, "I eat right and exercise! I put in the work like everyone else."

The vegan diet is also Lopez's anti-aging secret, according to the Examiner

"Since I had the babies six years ago, I had that really stubborn 8 to 10 pounds on me. People are used to seeing me be kind of thickish, but when I started eating [vegan], right away I dropped about 8-10 pounds," the proud mother of twins, Emme Maribel and Maximilian David, said.

Lopez reportedly maintained a vegan diet for five weeks and has since introduced meat back into her meal plan.

The "Maid in Manhattan" star also maintains a low-carb-diet and regularly drinks protein shakes. Hollywood Take has learned that JLo drinks a protein shake every morning at breakfast and every night at dinner.

For her routine exercise, Lopez does circuit training and cardio. In addition, she also does "rigorous" 90-minute workout sessions with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson.

"Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises that change every 10 days," Anderson says of the hardworking singer.

According to Celebrity Health Fitness, JLo's workout sessions with Anderson comprise high-intensity cardio dance exercises combined with light strength-training, which utilizes body weight and involves high repetitions of certain routines using dumbbells, weighing no more than three pounds.

The 45-year-old celebrity seems to be really dedicated to living healthy. Lopez says, "I look better than when I was in my twenties....When I eat better, I feel better. You realize how much you don't need the butter and bread to be healthy. You need the greens!"

As part of her commitment to living healthy, the star has launched a weight loss challenge. The 10-week diet and exercise program is part of Lopez's own lifestyle and supplement brand, BodyLab, reports Shape.
