What is causing the Duchess of Cambridge to lose so much of her postnatal baby weight in barely a month? Is Kate on a diet?

It's hardly been a month since Princess Charlotte, the second child of Prince William and Princess Kate was born. However, the Duchess looks more and more radiant everyday thanks to her secret: juicing coupled with low-carb diet and yoga workout, Celebrity Health Fitness has learned.

The British press dubbed Kate as the "Smoothie Queen" because she loves her NutriBullet mini-mixer and reportedly uses it to make her own drinks at home.

"Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days," a source close to the Middletons told US Magazine. "It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier."

Kate drinks fresh juices at the Anmer Hall estate in Norfolk, where she's currently staying. The Duchess is not on a diet but enjoys juicing so much that she drinks it every morning. Prince William also enjoys juicing thanks to his sister-in-law Pippa.

"Pippa was the one who got them into juicing. They all love it!" the source said.

Aside from juicing, Kate also shops organic products at the farm Back to the Garden, near their Anmer estate.

"She's buying fresh local produce," a source said. "All organic." the source adds that the Duchess is considered to be a local. "People give her space. No one is rushing over to ask for selfies."

According to Examiner, Kate lost 29 pounds in less than two months after she gave birth to Prince George. She reportedly underwent low-carb dieting, running, yoga, circuit-training and a lot of walking to shed off her postnatal pounds quickly.

"Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym," said Emma Sayle, Kate's friend and former rowing partner. "That helps in bouncing back. Kate loves exercise and did lots of swimming and Pilates while pregnant. It's really helped her lose weight."

The new mother has always been a fitness fanatic because she was an athlete in high school and college. During those days, she worked out for an hour daily and followed a low-carb diet.

According to some sources who are close to the Duchess, Kate  was always careful with what she eats and even more so when she married Prince William.

"She's quite figure-conscious and she's very aware that the camera adds a good 10 pounds," the source gushed. "She is tiny, with no hips."
