At age 42, Cameron Diaz not only still has a smoking body, but is also happily married and working on a second fitness book.

Diaz married Benji Madden, from rock band Good Charlotte, in January, reports Celebrity Health Fitness. According to US Weekly, the couple had a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony for 100 guests.

The actress is devoted to her husband and their new life together, states a source to US Weekly. The "Sex Tape" star has given up her single life since marrying Madden and now wants to totally settle down and have a baby.

According to the source, "All [Cameron Diaz] wants is to stay home and enjoy this special time in her life."

"..she has told her tearm she won't answer the phone for any amount of money - even though she has received offers for various things. She is adamant that she is not available for anything."

Despite turning away many movie roles to focus on her married life, Diaz does have one project she is still working on: a follow-up to her best-selling fitness book, "The Body Book."

According to US Weekly's source, Diaz is workig on a new set of recipes for her second fitness book. Diaz will most probably share her age-defying diet and exercise secrets in the book as well.

The Examiner states that at the age of 42, the blonde bombshell maintains her fit physique by running, strength training and doing Pilates.

Diaz revealed that she looks better now than she did at 20 years old, particularly sayig that her ass was "defitnitely higher" now compared to years ago.

Other fun activities Diaz likes to do for weight loss include: golfing, tossing tires, jet-skiing and paddleboarding.

Healthy Celeb states that golfing can burn 266 pounds per hour, while paddleboarding can burn up to 500 to 700 calories per hour. In addition, jet-skiing can burn up to 460 calories per hour for a person weighing 145 pounds.

Meanwhile, tossing tires is considered a form of intensive training and is the perfect workout for the arms.

As for her diet plan, Diaz has given up her beloved fried foods and opted to follow a low-carb diet, which predominantly consists of lean protein, like steak or shrimp.

"As I get older, I realized I was working a little bit harder at digesting what I was eating, and I thought it is not fair to my body to keep doing this," Diaz said, according to the Examiner.
