'Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F' North America Release Date & Screening: Tickets Running Out?

Following the wildly successful release of the movie "Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F" in Japan, the famous Japanese television series turned movie will be released in North America with "limited tickets" only.
"Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F" will be showing in theaters on Aug. 4 to 12 in select theaters in North America. Venture Capital Post reports that the movie will only be shown in select theaters. The new movie was shown in 3D across Japan but it is unclear if the North American release will also be in 3D. For those who want to watch the movie, it is best to visit the Dragon Ball Z official website for ticket information and screening locations.
According to the official website,the Dragon Ball Z movie will focus on the return of Frieza, a major villain who has come to return from the depths of hell to wreak havoc once again on planet Earth. Frieza is resurrected through the 7 Dragon Balls that were collected by Pilaf, Mai and Shu at the urging of Tagoma and Sorbet.
Frieza comes back stronger and accompanied by an army of 1,000 soldiers. It will be up to the hero of the series, Goku and his now ally, Saiyan Prince Vegeta to save the world from total annihilation. Christian Today reports that Frieza will come back as "Golden Frieza," and in order to defeat the iconic villain, Goku and Vegeta must transform into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyans.
"Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F" is the sequel of the 2013 "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods."
According to Cross Map, the new movie is confirmed to be shown in 74 countries around the world. It has also scored a 9.1 in IMDB and has outranked "Fast & Furious 7" (FF7) in the Japanese Box Office, which makes Japan the only country that did not give FF7 a number one spot in the movie box office.
For the North American audience, voicing Goku will be Sean Schemmel; Vegeta will be voiced by Christopher Sabat; Frieza will be voiced by Chris Ayres; and Tien Shinhan will be voiced by John Burgmeier. VC Post added that "Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F" was "personally supervised" by Akira Toriyama, the creator of the series. He helped with the screenplay, character design and concept of the movie.
According to Movie News Guide, the new film is also known for its alternative title and romanized Japanese title, "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" and "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no Efu"
