Weight Loss Tips & Tricks: Khloe Kardashian Reveals Secret to Sexy Body

The Kardashians are undeniably one of the most followed celebrity families on social media, that's why Khloé Kardashian has recently set out to #BreaktheInternet with her latest Complex shoot. The cover star is featured wearing skimpy outfits, which aren't new to the Kardashial clan. But what is most noticeable in the photos is her extremely fit body.

The Inquisitr reports that Kardashian will be showcasing her weight loss journey in a new primetime talk show called Kocktails with Khloé on the FYI Network.

Kardashian shared her fitness routine: "I try to work out five days a week. It’s a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don’t realize what you’re doing, and I love that."

Of course, exercise is best effective when paired with good eating habits. She added, "I used to not watch what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realizing, ‘I work out all the time. Why can’t I drop this weight?’ It’s really food. So I started dieting a little. I don’t eat dairy anymore—or I try not to, because I’m addicted to cheese!"

Kardashian added that she lost around 13 pounds just by refraining from eating anything dairy. She added that while she did lose all the weight the natural way, she isn't one to oppose plastic surgery. Kardashian admitted getting laser cellulite removal, but credits her fitness to rigorous workouts, waist training and dairy-free diet, according to the Examiner.

Her successful weight loss is also met with a lot of criticism, causing her to post one of the unretouched photos from the Complex cover shoot, dedicating it to critics who would not "give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts!"

Celebrity fitness expert and Kardashian's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, told Celebrity Health Fitness: "Khloe’s a full-on animal in the gym. No complaining...The changes she’s made [to her body] are incredible. She’s done it the right way. Nothing fast, just hard work."

Gunnar said that Kardashian's workouts are a combination of cardio, plyometric pushups, hauling a sled, dead lifts, resistance bands and ab exercises. She also does a lot of squats (her rear is evidence of a good squat workout) and Pilates. Kardashian shares snapshots of her workout on her Instagram account, @khloekardashian.
