Kourtney Kardashian diet & fitness secrets: Star flaunts sexy, toned body

There's no doubt about it—the Kardashians are definitely experts at sporting (and maintaining) their rockin' bods! The eldest Kardashian sister, Kourtney, recently took to social media to flaunt her gorgeous curves. The mother of three, who recently split with her partner and the father of her children, Scott Disick, has been showing off an impressive weight loss via social media.

Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as olympian Bruce Jenner and Kardashian's stepfather, spoke to US Magazine recently about the separation, saying, "She's doing as well as she can do under the circumstances. It's obviously very tough on her. Obviously, Scott has a lot of issues and she's trying to deal with them the best she can. She's got three kids with him."

Meanwhile, Kardashian has been working hard to lose the baby weight after giving birth to her youngest, Reign, just eight months ago. The Examiner reports that she lost 45 lbs after having two children, but now, Kardashian said: "I think I forget every time. You give birth and you want your stomach to be flat again. It does take a lot of work."

The Examiner further reports that Kardashian is sticking to an organic diet, waist training, and rigorous exercise made up of yoga and cardio workouts.

Kardashian said, "I’ve been working out with a trainer, and having somebody else to work out with really helps motivate me. Some days Khloe will join me. I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can."

Additionally, OK Magazine reports that Kardashian takes Lyfe Tea Teatox twice a day to help detoxify her body. According to Lyfe Tea's official website, the tea contains Moringa in a "delicious blend of traditional herbs that aids in digestion and eliminates toxins released from fat cells during weight loss". Other celebrities who have used Lyfe Tea in their diet are Tori Spelling, Hilary Duff, Audrina Patridge, Snooki, Holly Madison, Ciara, and Nicky Hilton, among others.

The Hollywood Life reports that according to a source, "Since her breakup with Scott, Kourtney has dropped around 10 pounds. When they split, she just lost her appetite and wasn’t eating as much comfort food as usual, especially when Scott was away working the various nightclub guest appearances he made."

Nonetheless, it's apparent that Kardashian's hard work is definitely paying off. The source said, "Kourtney looks absolutely stunning with the weight loss, and is very happy about it...[she] can’t wait for the next chapter in her life."
