A study from the University of Calgary reveals that stockpiling sleep is possible. The study suggests that getting two hours of an added sleep before an all-nighter significantly increases brain and physical function.
A team of researchers studied the brain of 22 women and said that gossiping releases oxytocin that is good for health. Some women were asked to gossip and some were told stories. It was seen women who gossiped released the 'love' hormone compared to the others.
