The "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans never admitted that she had gone under the knife. However, a recent post on her Instagram seemed to suggest that something wasn't right with what they saw and what the celebrity mom said.

According to In Touch, the MTV star expressed her desires to get lip injections when she said, "My lips have always been small. My mom's lips are small, my lips are small, my whole family - that's just how we are. And I just want a normal size. Just not small, not like Kylie [Jenner]'s overly big. Just normal."

Per the report, the photo that Evans posted made fans wonder if the reality star had a plastic surgery. In the snapshot, she showed off bold brows and plump pout.

One fan wrote, "I think she had fillers in her lips and she's playing around with some makeup." Another user commented, "I hope none of the Teen Moms go as extreme [as] Farrah [Abraham] with plastic surgery."

Well, it seems that Evans has no plans to follow her "Teen Mom 2" co-star Farrah Abraham's plastic surgery steps. In fact, she mocked the latter's body enhancements.

TheHollywoodGossip reported that Evans targeted Abraham's hot new lip injections on her Twitter posts. "I'm sorry but I can't see Farrah's teeth anymore when she talks, can u?" she wrote. "Lmfao and she just got her teeth done!"

Evans didn't stop there, she added, "I rather be all natural than completely fake. I mean it's almost every part of her body!" The mom of two stressed that her chin, cheeks, lips, teeth, hair and boob are all natural.

Meanwhile, Abraham did two sets of breast implants, one chin implant (which is now removed), lip injections and a nose job.

Although the MTV star is reluctant to admit that she went under the knife, some are positive that she did. In September, Dr. Tabasum Mir, who reported treated Evans alleged that she had filler in her lips. "Jenelle had lip injections," the physician said. "She got Juvederm put in her lips. It lasts about nine months."

If this is true, then it is ironic of Evans to attack Abraham when she, herself also goes through the same procedure. The reality mom has been plagued with lip injection rumors since then.

About a year ago, she made headlines for the same issue. In a separate report from In Touch, Evans posted a photo on Facebook that triggered fans to think that she had lip injections but the said post has been deleted.

"Should have known not to trust people on my [Facebook]. Can't even make a private post anymore. Making a new [Facebook] this week. Adding only [people] who I can trust on there," she wrote in a follow up post.
