No question further needed, as Kate Upton reveals on Instagram that she yet again graces “Sports Illustrated” 2017 cover page. With her sexy and bodacious figure, many people wonder what does she take and what is her workout. Fortunately, her personal trainer reveals what keeps the actress young and blooming.

According to E Online, Kate’s trainer, Ben Bruno shared that Kate trains hard as ever similar to any client that he had ever had. Bruno then added that the actress has a very controlled diet and is good at limiting sugar alongside her hard work and dedication in training.

Ben also shared that “The Three Stoogees” actress’ favorite meal is turkey meatballs and salad with chicken. With that said, it was also mentioned that protein is not skipped as processed food is limited. Fruits and vegetables are also included in her diet. Yet, the trainer stated that as Kate’s diet is moderated, he notes that he wants people not to see it as her diet, but a lifestyle instead.

Furthermore, People described “The Layover” actress’ workout to begin with the usual warm ups with foam rolling and stretching, lateral band walks and lunges still according to Bruno. Then it would be followed as what Bruno had stated to be as a circuit-based strength-training which is described to have weighted hip thrusts, TRX rows, single-leg Romanian deadlifts and a body saw for core stability. Kate is then described to have no rest in between three or four strength weight carrying moves that she does.

That aside, Bruno stated that Kate could deadlift over 200 lbs., do sled pushes with 500 lbs., and do bear crawls with 300 lbs. Bruno then said that she is insanely strong compared to the athletes that he had trained. It was then identified that Kate works out five to six days a week for at least an hour for every visit.

After those methods, it was revealed then that Kate finishes her workout routine with rowing along with weighted sled pushes and pulls. Thus, Kate Upton’s hard work and discipline proved her body to be called as a sexy and voluptuous figure indeed.
