A new character by the name of Laura has been unveiled to join the current roster of fighters for "Street Fighter V."

Earlier this month, Japanese website Famitsu leaked a new character for "Street Fighter V." The original article by the Japanese website has already been taken down but it was noted by Gamer Headlines. Laura is a Brazilian fighter who is a master at Matsuda Jiu-Jitsu and lightning. She is an entirely new character to the series as well.

With Laura included, there are now 15 fighters for the newest game. This include: Ryu, Chun-Li, Nash, M. Bison, Cammy, Birdie, Ken, Necalli, Vega, R, Mika, Rashid, Karin and Zangief, according to the game's official website. There is only one more character left to complete the roster.

The second global beta testing period for "Street Fighter V" will be on Oct. 22 on both PC and the PS4. According to Uber Gizmo, the second beta can support approximately 100,000 gamers. According to Games Radar, the beta testing will last for four days up to Oct. 25 and pre-ordered PC copies by Steam players can join in on the fun.

Additionally on Oct. 24, players from either platform can fight out in ranked matches. The second beta fighters that users can play are Ken, Vega, Necalli, and R. Mika. Rashid will be added the next day and Karin will come on day three. The characters from the first beta including M. Bison, Ryu, Cammy, Birdie, Nash, and Chun-Li will be not be available, according to Softpedia.

Remember the Fight Money you earned from the last beta? You can now spend it on the upcoming beta on titles and stages. However, all things you have unlocked including Fight Money, titles and leader board status will remain in the beta. The point of this is to let you familiarize how Fight Money works so you will have an idea of how to go about it in the final game.

According to Capcom-Unity, in the spirit of cross-platforming, the beta will have a combined leader board so you can expect to see both PC and PS4 players on the ranked list regardless of their platform. You can also search other players as the beta will also be employing a Player Search feature. This will be easier for you to check out one another's player profile.

There is still no specific date in 2016 of when "Street Fighter V" will be released to the public.
